Dear Reader,
October is here, and it feels like a true gift to be here again. Last October, I published the first article of this blog/magazine - engaged, believing, manifesting, however uncertain of where the path would lead.
This year, as October returns, I find myself filled with gratitude. Readers are actually starting to find me online, and slowly, but surely, you are signing up for my inbox letters.
I am deeply thankful for your presence and trust!
The past year has been a time of experimenting, roaming around in the world of online presence. I needed this year to explore, experiment and find my voice. I have now reached a place where I can see more clearly what this magazine is becoming.
I have many ideas for how this space can become a shared space for reflection, inspiration and learning in the future. A member site is budding in my heart. Let's see where we are next October!
Halloween
The magic of October lies close to my heart. Halloween is one of my favorite times of the year, as it offers a time for combining the joys and the sorrows, the seen and the unseen, the darkness and light - and embraces it all with rays of magic.
My personal story includes that I have had to see too many of my closest relatives pass to the other side too soon, finding myself a seeker of everything related to life, death, life after death and how to integrate the passing of loved ones into the rest of my life. It has colored my path in profound ways and eventually led me to the path of mediumship. Being the month where our passed loved ones are gifted their own holiday, a feast, complete with decorations, dress-up, joy and and festivity, I embrace the Halloween as - for me personally - the most important holiday of the year.
October is a blending of opposites - of life and death, light and shadow, sorrow and joy. It is a month of mystery, of magic, of having a taste of a part of our lives that most people try to avoid. It is a month for celebration, creativity, joy and togetherness.
May your October be filled with all kinds of magic - and lots of Pumkin Spices Lattes!
